A Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze that I bought in July 2007. Bottle dated 10/01/2007. Deliciously dry, even more wonderfully complex after laying down for that extra year.
And, the pelt of a sprinbok I ate in South Africa in 2003. Also delicious. It was culled from a game park to control the herd's population.
